Terms of Use and Community Rules

These terms apply to Streak Hero (Android package com.zuko.screenguard), and in particular to its Forum and Request a Hand chats. You must accept them in the app before you can use the Forum.

1. Who can use the Forum

• You must be 13 or older to create a forum account, and you must give your true birth year. Misrepresenting your age gets you banned.
• Members are placed in a 13–17 or 18+ group based on their birth year. Private chats only connect members in the same group, and minors and adults are never matched in private chats.
• Your birth year is private and can't be changed after sign-up. If you made a mistake, contact a moderator.

2. Community rules

Be kind. People here are working through something hard. Do not post or send:

• Any sexual content involving minors, of any kind. See the Child Safety Standards. Zero tolerance: permanent ban and a report to NCMEC.
• Sexual or explicit content, porn, or links to it, from anyone.
• Harassment, bullying, shaming, hate speech or slurs.
• Anything that encourages self-harm or suicide.
• Spam or advertising.
• Other people's personal information, or attempts to find out who someone is (doxxing).
• Financial information: card, bank or crypto details, or payment handles. Don't ask anyone for money or gifts. Money or gift requests get you banned.
• Home or street addresses.
• ID numbers, such as Social Security, national ID, driver's license or passport numbers.
• Pressure to meet up in person.
• Images or requests for photos. The Forum is text only.

The public forum also blocks links, phone numbers and emails for everyone. Social handles in public posts are held for review, and blocked for 13–17 members. In Request a Hand chats in the 18+ group, you may share contact details if you choose to. In the 13–17 group, contact details are blocked. Financial information, addresses and ID numbers are blocked in every chat.

3. Request a Hand

• Helpers must accept the helper guidelines first: listen, don't shame, don't give medical advice, and point people in crisis to 988.
• The owner and moderators can read all chats for safety. Chats are not end-to-end encrypted.
• Either person can end a chat, report it or block the other person at any time. Reporting ends the chat.
• If you move a conversation outside Streak Hero, we can't see it or protect you there. Never send money or photos.

4. Moderation

• Moderators may hide, hold, lock or delete content, end chats, give strikes, remove helper status, and suspend or ban accounts, at their discretion, to keep the community safe. Every moderation action is logged.
• Automatic filters may reject or hold posts and messages. A post with 3 or more reports from different members is hidden until a moderator reviews it.
• Posting is rate-limited, and new accounts have lower limits.
• Report anything that breaks these rules with the in-app Report button, or email goldrogermma@gmail.com. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of your posts, and you allow Streak Hero to store and display them in the Forum so it can run. You can edit a post for 15 minutes after posting, and you can delete it at any time. You can delete your account at any time.

6. No warranty

Streak Hero is provided "as is". The Forum depends on online services and may be unavailable at times. The rest of the app works offline. We are not responsible for what other members say or do, including anything that happens after a conversation moves outside Streak Hero. To the extent the law allows, Streak Hero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you post again.
